CV3?s Nathan Focht Helps Form IT Steering Committee
A group of Georgia Southern University alumni and regional information systems executives have come together to form the IS Program Steering Committee. The 15-member committee will support the information systems program in the College of Information Technology.
The group’s main objective is to provide vital input for continuous improvement of the graduate and undergraduate information system degree programs.
The founding members of the IS Program Steering committee are: Scott Burns, SafeSystems; Kerry Cotter, CogentWare; Bonnie Dickey, Chatham Steel; Matt Janofsky; Gladiator Technology Services; Nathan Focht, Color Maria; Buddy Lichty, Clarkston Consulting; Mark Mettler, Effingham County Information Technology; Jason Miller, Coca Cola Enterprises; Sanjeeva (Sam) Pathak, Computer Associates; Dan Ricks, Bright Water Consulting; Brian Shaw, TriMont Real Estate Advisors; James Smith, L.E. Schwartz & Son; Marisa Smith, East Georgia Regional Medical Center; Lisa Spence, Georgia Southern University; and Ron Stalnaker, IBM Business Consulting Services.
The information systems program is one of three housed in the College of Information Technology. The other programs are computer science and information technology.
